Another rapper will play the Notorious B.I.G in a new film

The actor set to play the Notorious B.I.G in a biopic of the hip hop legends life has been announced.

An unknown rapper Jamal Woolard will play the dead rapper in the film titled Notorious.

Music stars Sean Kingston and Beanie Sigel had linked to the prestigious role but it seems they missed out.

New York rapper Biggie Smalls was murdered whilst in LA in 1997- the killer has never been caught.

P.Diddy is exec producing the movie which starts filming in January 2009.
