Harry Styles and older girlfriend Caroline Flack's relationship is apparently back on, with reports suggesting that the 18-year old never really wanted to end their romance.

As we previously reported, sources claimed that Styles may have called time on their controversial relationship following pressure from his management team - after they feared the age gap between them could damage his image.

According to Now magazine, the One Direction star and Caroline are hoping to reconcile and are in the process of organising a secret meeting at Flack's twin sister Jody's house.

An insider told the publication: "They're still in contact. Harry wants to see her once he completes all his tour commitments.

"His management don't know about it. He and Caroline are really smitten - it's far from being over for good."

They continued: "He felt under quite a lot of pressure to break things off with Caroline because of the long-term effect it could have on his career.

"Being part of a boyband trying to crack America doesn't sit well with having a girlfriend. Plus, they both had to put up with stick over the age difference.

"They keep talking about meeting up at her sister's house when the US tour is over."

In related news, Flack is said to have planned a romantic break away to celebrate Harry's birthday, after he turned the big one-eight last week.
