Andre 3000 Arrested For Speeding

Outkast rapper caught driving his 2007 Porsche Carrera at 109 MPH…

Andre 3000 has been arrested for speeding after police caught the Grammy Award winning rapper/actor doing 44 mph over the legal speed limit!

The Hey Ya singer was caught just outside of Atlanta on Saturday after police claimed he was travelling at speeds so excessive, he was “an accident waiting to happen.”

Andre- real name Andre Benjamin- was released on bail but is scheduled to appear in court on April 29th to face the charges against him.

The Outkast co-founder has yet to comment on the incident but on Sunday, Andre wrapped up a live show of his award winning cartoon Class of 3000.

He is expected to release a solo album later in 2009 and a group record with Outkast.
