Big Boi set to star in a modern ballet, seriously

Outkast rapper Big Boi is getting in touch with high art to perform with a ballet company.

The Atlanta Ballet Company will team up with Big Boi for six performances in April 2008. Big makes up Outkast with the more flamboyant singer Andre 3000.

The show is described on the ballet companys website as Daring, progressive, and soulful. It also says that other artists from Big Bois label Purple Ribbon, who include rapper Bubba Sparxxx, will be in the performance.

It will certainly be interesting to see the macho rappers in tutus
