Owl City Beat Jedward To Top Of Chart

Owl City has beaten off a challenge from Jedward to claim the number one spot on the Official UK Singles Chart for a third week.

Fireflies stayed top while those X Factor twins made it to number two with their version of Ice Ice Baby- which features Vanilla Ice.

Timbaland and Katy Perry went up to number three with their track If We Ever Meet Again.

In the album chart Alicia Keys record The Element Of Freedom knocked Paolo Nutini off the top.

Corinne Bailey Rae’s latest The Sea went straight in at five, whilst Ke$ha and Peter Andre also saw their albums enter the Top 10.
