Paris Hilton Cleared Over Film Flop
The makers of Pledge This! blamed the heiress…

Paris Hilton has been cleared in court of causing a movie she starred in to flop.
The rich blonde was being sued for £5 million for failing to promote comedy Pledge This! when it was released on DVD.
However the judge ruled that the movie flopped because the producers were inexperienced.
Paris may still have to give back the $1 Million she received as a fee though.
Pledge This! played in just 25 cinemas worldwide and made only £1.8 million from ticket and DVD sales.
Earlier during the trial Hilton claimed she did everything possible to promote the film but that the producers’ demands conflicted with her busy schedule.
