Pearl Jam Announce New Album Backspacer

The grunge legends will be back in Autumn…

Pearl Jam have announced that they will release an album of brand new material called Backspacer before the end of the year.

The record has a tentative release date of September 22 and will be released through Target department stores in the US.

The Seattle group are currently without a record deal and are reportedly looking at other ways to release their new material.

A Pearl Jam single is also likely to be released in July.

Eddie Vedder’s group- who still have a massive loyal fanbase- also play in Manchester and London this August.

In the 90s Pearl Jam were at the forefront of the grunge scene with bands like Nirvana and Soundgarden.
