Peter Andre Has 'Heart Attack' Scare

The singer has been forced to cancel all work commitments after collapsing...

Peter Andre reportedly feared he was having a heart attack after collapsing yesterday.

Jordan's ex-hubby is said to have been hit with a 'bolt of pain' while out jogging at 5.30 am near his house in West Sussex and slumped to the ground in agony.

According to The Sun, a passerby rushed to the Behind Closed Doors singer's aid and helped him back into his home where Pete's brother Mike called an ambulance.

A source told the newspaper: "Pete was doing his usual morning run round the private estate where he lives when he felt a crippling pain."

They added: "He screamed out in agony and crumpled to the ground clutching his chest. He thought he was having a heart attack."

Medics have since diagnosed that the 37-year old singer was suffering from injuries to his chest and did not have a cardiac arrest.

However, Katie Price's former beau has been forced to cancel all work commitments, including a book signing in Dublin.

A statement on Andre's official website claimed: "Following Peter being taken ill yesterday, he will continue to undertake his work commitments as normally as he can, but he has been advised not to fly for a few days and therefore we sadly have to cancel the signing at Easons in Dublin this Saturday."

"Peter is very sorry to have to cancel, but he will reschedule as soon as possible."
