Pink Beats Oasis In Chart

The flame-haired singer steals the number one spot from under the Gallaghers noses

 Pink has gone straight to number one in the UK singles chart with So What beating the Oasis comeback single The Shock Of The Lightning which only managed to get to three.

Kings Of Leon fell to number two with their track Sex On Fire AND held onto the album chart top spot with their fourth LP.

Boyzone went to number five with their own comeback single Love You Anyway.

In the albums countdown Will Young went straight into two with Let It Go while James Morrsions second album made number three.

Seasick Steve and Andrew Johnston also entered the album chart Top 10.
