UK singer/rapper Plan B has vowed to quit drinking alcohol until the night of the BRIT Awards.

The hit-maker is has been nominated in three categories at this year’s BRIT Awards, but won't be doing any celebrating until his current touring commitments are out of the way.

He told The Daily Star: "We're going to go to Australia and work hard out there before the Brits, so when I come back, I want to party and unleash myself.

"We won't party out there 'cos we're professionals. We'll do the shows then come back and get drunk.

"I hope there will be time for me to chill out as there's two days off between each show so I can go and see some kangaroos and feed the koalas.

"If I don't win one, so what? I know there are people out there who love what I'm doing. It's nice to win awards as it cements that, but I'm going to have a good time whether I win or not."

James Corden will host this year’s BRITs ceremony, which takes place at The O2 Arena in London on Tuesday 15th February.
