The Gangnam Style hitmaker - who took home the Best Video award at the 2012 MTV EMA on Sunday (11th November) - claims he's been in talks with JB about a possible collaboration.
PSY already has a huge link to Biebs, as he shares manager Scooter Braun with the 18-year old heartthrob.
Speaking of Justin to Capital FM, the South Korean singer stated: "Yeah, so we have a plan to do something together later but we doesn't have any details yet. But, sure – we gonna do some work later on."
The Sun has also reported that PSY's next single could feature Bieber, with the tabloid quoting him as saying: "So, I already have done with the next track already.
"I cannot tell you about who it's gonna be with but I'm working with someone else right now and it's going to be huge.
"I'm working on my next album and single, and it has more English so you can get it. I feel happy and sorry because when I perform the song they look so happy, but they don't have any idea what I'm talking about."
The 34-year old added: "So we're gonna have some English in it."
He also addressed EMA host Heidi Klum's attempt at doing his famous horse-riding dance as featured in the video for Gangnam Style, adding to the tabloid: "She was pretty and she danced pretty, so it was pretty."
