Radiohead are set to work their first new material since
In Rainbows- one of the group has revealed.
Guitarist Ed O’Brien also hinted to BBC Radio 1 that the band will be announcing live dates soon.
He said: “We are working on new material… We'll be doing some more recording. It's business as usual.”
In Rainbows- and a second disc of extra tracks- was released in late 2007 initially as a download with fans able to pay whatever they wanted for the album.
Talking about live shows O’Brien said: “We've sort of finished the bulk of [In Rainbows] touring. We will be doing a little bit of touring in the summer, watch this space!"
He was speaking at the Featured Artists Coalition meeting where artists met to discuss rights and record label issues.
