Rihanna may have been planning her raunchiest routine yet for her The BRIT Awards 2011 performance tomorrow, but reports have suggested she has been asked to "tone down" her stage show.

Following news that RiRi was "absolutely not OK" with her record label Def Jam censoring her new single S&M, the Barbadian beauty is now said to have been left fuming by BRITs organisers who want her to change some of the song's sexy lyrics.

The 22-year old had been rumoured to be putting on a performance that contained "lots of nudity" for the BRITs tomorrow, but it's now thought that she may chose not to perform S&M altogether.

A BRITs source revealed to The Mirror: "She believes she won't do the song justice if she has to change the lyrics and it's a breach of her artistic integrity."

They added: "She may scrap performing S&M altogether now and choose to do a safe pop number to keep the prudes at bay."

RiRi, who recovered from bronchitis to perform at the Grammy Awards last night, also turned heads at the ceremony by wearing a saucy see-through dress and appeared to be wearing no underwear, covering her modesty with white strips of flimsy fabric.
