New Superman Comic ‘Modelled On R Pattz’

But could he play the hero on screen ?

A new comic in the Superman series has reportedly been influenced by Twilight star Robert Pattinson.

In DC comics' new release Earth One a younger version of Clark Kent is seen on the cover wearing a hooded jacket and moody expression similar to those seen on Edward Cullen in the vampire flicks.

A spokesman for the people behind Superman said: “We wanted to tell a story that’s hip, sexy and moody.”

Which would certainly ring-true with millions of Twi-hards and R Pattz obsessed fans around the world!

A new Superman movie is currently in production, so it's still possible the Brit could land the role for real.

Earlier this week Pattinson spoke about finding it hard to date and cope with fame in the US.

He told OK! Magazine: “You want to take control of it all the time and it's impossible. It's nice sometimes. You do get kind of paranoid, but it allows me to do the films I want to do.”
