Roll Deep Heading For Number One

Roll Deep’s single Good Times has topped the midweek chart this week and could hold on to hit number one on Sunday.

The track looks set to knock Diana Vickers’ Once off the top of the chart after just one week.

Good Times features a house-influenced beat and a chorus from crew member Wiley.

Speaking to MTV News he told us about the track: “We were making music at the time and it this had elements of dance, a few little electro pop bits and this was the one that just got picked out of the bunch.”

Wiley continued: “I can’t actually believe but I’m so happy that when I look on the internet and I see all the fans making their comments about the track. It just lets me know who we are bro!”

DJ Target from the group told us they’re currently working on a Roll Deep album. He said: “At the minute we’ve got probably a good 30 or 40 songs- that have kind of been started or more or less finished.

“We’re just kind of going through the process of picking out the best ones.”
