The funnyman was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service and pay a fine of $500 last week after throwing a paparazzo's iPhone through a window back in March.
Brand has since commented on his sentence, telling WENN: "I don't know what their format of community service is, but community service, that doesn't seem like a punishment.
"That seems like a duty. We are our community. Service is an honour. I'll be happy to do it."
Katy Perry's ex was then asked what sort of community service her expects to take part in, to which he replied: "What will I be doing? I don't know. Tidying up or something probably."
After the incident on 15th March, Brand tweeted a predictably silly response to the arrest, writing: "Since Steve Jobs died I cannot bear to see anyone use an iPhone irreverently, what I did was a tribute to his memory."
