Sex And The City 2 To Feature Carrie's Ex Aiden!

To all those Sex and the City fans out there that may have been a Team Aiden girl over Mr. Big, we have some exciting news…Aiden Shaw is back for the sequel.

A new trailer of the SATC2 film debuted at last week's Showest film festival revealed that John Corbett, who starred as Carrie Bradshaw's lovable beau Aiden will make his return in second film.

The pair will however not meet up again in New York but will reunite in Abu Dhabi, where the fab foursome are said to be meeting up with Samantha Jones' ex-boyfriend Smith.

The film, which stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, was shot mostly on location - leaving all diehard SATC fans wondering what the sequel will bring.

SJP said of filming the second movie: 'This is probably the most time the characters have ever spent together. Simultaneously, it was the first time that the four actors left the country, lived together, worked together for almost eight weeks solid... It is the most fun and the hardest we've ever worked together.'

The new trailer also revealed parts of the secret storyline such as Miranda dreaming of quitting her lawyer job to be a housewife, Samantha trying to stay youthful and Charlotte coming to terms with family life.

Director Michael Patrick King also shed some light on the burning question - will Carrie and Big have a baby?

He said: "So we move from marriage to the next logical place in people's minds, is she having a baby? It's one of the thoughts of the movie."

He added: "For me, I always like to do something that's individualistic and unique for Carrie Bradshaw, since she is one of a kind."

Guess we will have to wait and see when SATC2 hits cinemas in May!
