Parker told our US news team: "It makes perfect sense [that another actress would be cast]. And I would like to be generous of spirit and say, 'Of course,' and, 'I will do so if that is asked of me.' "
However, the actress appeared reluctant to give Carrie up that easily adding "I just don't know. It's like I can't imagine anyone else playing Dorothy Gale — just Judy Garland (Wizard of Oz)"
SJP need not panic yet, Bushnell recently claimed that a prequel SATC film is a long way off yet, stating: It's not in my hands, so there aren't any plans at this moment. We don't know what's going to happen."
Meanwhile, Parker's SATC co-star Kim Cattrall has claimed that unlike her man eater character Samantha Jones, she is clueless about men.

Cattrall, who recently split from her tomboy lover said: "I'm dating again, but I know nothing about men. They remain a mystery to me, other than that they are predictable. I think a man shows you on the first date who he is, so that's when you should be very aware."
She also admitted that compared to her alter-ego, she finds it hard to be single saying: "Sometimes you get very lonely being single. Sometimes it's tough…"
Kim added: "It's great to have girlfriends in my life that I can call, just like the characters do in Sex And The City. They get you through the rough times and you also have some amazing, fun times with them."
