Sex And The City 3 On The Cards?

Actor John Corbett claims 'the girls are up for it'...

Sex And The City 2 star John Corbett has claimed that he believes there will be a third SATC movie.

Corbett, who returned to our screens as Carrie Bradshaw's ex-boyfriend Aidan Shaw in the sequel has revealed that despite the current film's bad reviews, he can imagine SATC3 being made.

The actor told Buzz Sugar: “I know there have been some reviews where they haven't been the kindest reviews, but we don't make it for those guys, we make it for the fans."

He continued: “Look, it's a business too, and this movie will hopefully make enough money where they say, let's go make another one. I think the girls are all up for it, and they're all in good spirits, and Michael Patrick King has lots of ideas.”

Despite his enthusiasm for the return of Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis in another SATC flick, Corbett himself claimed that his character would not come back again.

Corbett added: “I don't think Aidan is going to come back, but I'm open for it. But if he comes back, I think we got to take it up to another level and have some real man-woman cheating go on."

"He couldn't come back and just give some more kisses, he'd have to come back and deliver some pepperoni, if you know what I mean.”

Meanwhile, regardless of it's negative reviews SATC2 remains top of the UK Box Office for a second consecutive weekend.
