Kelly Jones: "Ewan Is In My Film"

The Phonics singer lifts the lid on the Ewan McGregor rumours...

Kelly Jones from The Stereophonics has indeed written a film script for Ewan McGregor.

Speaking as a guest on tonight's TRL, the Phonics frontman confirmed rumours that he's been working on a film script and has roped McGregor into taking a role. "Ewan came to watch us in the Albert Hall," Kelly told TRL's Max shortly, before John Legend came on as the next guest and flirted outrageously with her. But anyway, back to Kelly...

"I'd been writing some film scripts and I gave one to him to read and he phoned me back and said 'start again'!"

"He got me to write the song for The Round Way Round " one of his things, and I said 'Well if I do that, you make the film!' The film's not quite ready yet though.

"I have started re-writing the film, I've been re-writing it for eight years!"
