Suge Knight is filing for bankruptcy to save Death Row Records.

He'd been instructed to pay more than $100 million to Lydia Harris, who claimed she a co-founded the label in the early 90s. Suges assets were frozen back in August 2005 and he missed three court appearances then failed to turn up to another hearing on Saturday.

Suge filing for bankruptcy means Death Row wont go into receivership. His lawyer says hes optimistic and determined to sort out his financial affairs.
