Susan Boyle is to play a string of special concerts in America, it has emerged.

SuBo, who shot to fame in this year’s series of Britain’s Got Talent before shooting to rehab shortly afterwards, will reportedly jet across the pond in November to sing at a number of “public events.”

The fuzzy-haired singer will unveil songs from her debut album, which she’s due to give birth to later this year.

"We are really pleased with how she is doing and the album is now well on the way to being finished,” said a SuBo source. “Susan will be flying over to America in November to give her fans a treat for Thanksgiving."

They added: "It will be the first time she has sung live in America and, despite the pressure, Susan still loves singing and can't wait.”

SuBo’s cash-counting overlord Simon Cowell has promised that Boyle’s album will “surprise a lot of people.” Perhaps it features N-Dubz…
