Sway has helped launch a new charity and magazine to get more young people involved in serious issues.

Speaking at the Ctrl. Alt. Shift launch the London rapper told MTV News about the project:

Its a magazine thats created by Christian Aid which engages young people in issues- its controversial cos it tackles sensitive issues like HIV and slavery. Ctrl Alt Shift gives kids a chance to say whatever they feel, said Sway.

The charity says over 65% of young people have an apathetic attitude towards global development and social injustice. With this project the charity is seeking to change that.

Unlike much of the tabloid press Sway does not believe young people are responsible for Broken Britain'.

He told us: When a guy stabs another guy it makes the news but kids from a disadvantaged area doing well in there exams doesnt get recognised.

Sway continued: What are guns doing in this country? Guns are so easy to access now and thats the problem (but) you cant bring me a 15 year old kid who can assemble a gun.
