Heidi Montag 'Worried Her Face Will Fall Off'

The Hills star doesn't want to end up like Jacko...

Heidi Montag has revealed that she doesn't want her 'face to fall off' like the late Michael Jackson's.

The Hills star, who has previously stated that she is starting to regret having cosmetic surgery has now admitted that she still wears tape on her nose to hold it in place after a whole year after having her second nose job.

After photos emerged online of Heidi wearing what appeared to be surgical tape on her nose, the 23-year old explained to Life & Style magazine that she was using the tape to hold her new face in place.

Montag told the mag: "Except for filming and a few photoshoots, I've had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it,"

"The last time I didn't wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape. The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr Ryan sculpted it."

She added: "Dr Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I'm not taking any chances now that he's gone. I don't want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson's."

Meanwhile, the reality TV star, who recently expressed her devastation at the death of her surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan has also exchanged a war of words with her soon-to-be ex-hubby Spencer Pratt on Twitter.

Montag posted a comment to ex-Hills star Lauren Conrad claiming that she was right to call Pratt 'Sucky.' Spencer then retailed by tweeting that Heidi needed to 'grow up.'
