Oscar Nominations Out

Sweeney Todd, Michael Clayton, Juno and No Country For Old Men lead the nominations

The Oscar nominations are out with No Country For Old Men and Michael Clayton each earning eight

There are a few surprises among the shortlists- Keria Knightley is not up for best actress though Ellen Page- who is superb in Juno- is.

Brit Daniel Day Lewis has a nod for Best Actor for his performance in There Will Be Blood while James McAvoy misses out. Also in the category are Johnny Depp and George Clooney
