Pixies Announce Live Shows

And tickets go on sale tomorrow…

Legendary indie group Pixies will play UK and Ireland live shows this Autumn.

The cult group will bring their Doolittle tour to London, Dublin and Glasgow in October to mark the twentieth anniversary of the album’s release.

They’ll play the whole of the Doolittle album plus B-sides from the singles.

Pixies- Frank Black, Kim Deal and Joey Santiago and David Lovering- will also release a career retrospective box set called Minotaur in September.

The band were together from 1986 until splitting up in 1993. They then reformed in 2004 and have been playing live shows since.

However sessions to record a new album were abandoned and there have been frequent rumours that the band don’t get on.
