Michelle Keegan: "Me & Max Are Still Together"

She's slammed reports saying she'd called off her wedding to The Wanted star...

Michelle Keegan has hit back at rumours suggesting her romance with The Wanted's Max George was on the rocks - following reports that the couple have called off their wedding.

A source close to the Corrie star told The Mirror over the weekend that Michelle and Max decided to pull the plug on their summer wedding after a having "a few tense rows."

Despite a spokesperson stating that they are still very much an item, Keegan herself has since taken to Twitter to "put the story straight."

Speaking on the social-networking site, the 24-year old ranted: "I've just read another false story...Me and Max ARE still together, there's been no 'bust-ups'...or 'jealous rows',

"I haven't 'CALLED OFF' the wedding, because we never set a date in the 1st place! Me and Max are happy...this weekend has just PROVED once again that u can't believe everything u read in the press. Aaaaand breathe, :) (sic)."

The actress added: "And what makes me laugh is that if we show any affection in public, people say 'we're doing it for the cameras' but if we're...pictured without a cheesy grin plastered in our faces 'our relationship is on the rocks' Can't win!!! Rant over!! :))."
