The X Factor is giving four acts who never faced the public vote the chance to be reinstated as a finalist on the talent show.
Following Frankie Cocozza's shock exit, James Michael, Amelia Lily, 2 Shoes and Jonjo Kerr are set to battle it out for his place in the competition - with the decision left in the hands of the public via a phone vote.
The act with the most votes will re-enter The X Factor and perform live on Saturday night's show alongside the six remaining hopefuls.
An X Factor spokesperson stated: "The four acts have never been in a public vote so, with Frankie leaving the competition, this is an opportunity for the public to decide who comes back to the show."
Voting details and those all important phone numbers are set to be announced today, with the winner returning to the famous X Factor stage to perform a Queen classic or a Lady GaGa hit.
In other X Factor news, shamed Frankie Cocozza has vowed that he will still be a huge star - despite being kicked off the talent show for apparently boasting about taking cocaine.
The 18-year old womaniser took to Twitter last night, telling his followers: "Sorry to my supporters and haters that I haven’t Tweeted for a bit. I always saw the X Factor as a start... Nothing’s changed. God bless x."
