Tori Spelling Gives Birth

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have second baby Stella....

Beverly Hills 90210 star Tori Spelling has had her second baby with husband Dean McDermott at a Los Angeles hospital on Monday.

The couple, who wed in May 2006, have named the baby Stella.

Tori and Dean star in their own reality TV series in the U.S. entitled "Tori and Dean's Home Sweet Hollywood".
