Trina Talks On Collaborating With Diddy

The female rapper explains how much she enjoyed working with the rap mogul...

Trina has teamed up with Diddy on her forthcoming album Amazin’.

The female rapper said that Diddy was great fun when he came to record the video for her new single Million Dollar Girl and classes him as a close friend, reports HipHopDX.

Trina said: "I was just recording the record and I got a call that Diddy had heard the beat, and loved it so he wanted to jump on the song. There wasn't even any hesitation from my part because he is someone I respect and admire. I look up to him from a business aspect. He's done such a great job in this industry and it was just an honour to have him on the record. It was also an honour to have him be a part of the video, 'cause everyone was kind of shook like, 'Wow, that's Diddy, he's iconic!'

“When he came on set he was just so humble and full of energy. He said a prayer and was like, 'The cameras are on, let's get busy.' It was like being in class. His energy just boosted my energy. On the video set everything just went amazing. I was ecstatic at how everything went down and it just came together so beautiful."

In other Trina news, the No Panties hit-maker has also been recruited by the Bad Boy Recordings C.E.O to be one of the faces of his Vodka, Ciroc.

Diddy said in a recent interview: “Things are gonna be real big. She's an official Ciroc girl. Ciroc is gonna be promoting her album, she's gonna be helping us, we gonna be doing it together. We got a new partnership that we rocking with but most importantly, the record and a video is off the chain. You gonna see us performing the joint live, too. She's gonna have the full-length chinchilla and just be buckey-naked with some stickies on. You know what I'm saying, because the body is thorough. Believe that, she's in the gym!"
