MTV has got the new Muse video exclusively for you to watch.

Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever) is the lead track taken from the soundtrack to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

In the vid the Devon three-piece play in front of huge coloured screens which occasionally show clips from the hotly anticipated flick.

The song sees Muse on typically anthemic form with dramatic piano and huge guitar riffs propelling the song along.

On the chorus Matt Bellamy sings “My love will be forever/ and we’ll die, we’ll die together.”

Speaking to Radio 1 recently the singer explained that the song was inspired by his break-up with his ex-girlfriend.

They recorded the track especially for the soundtrack to the third Twilight movie and are reportedly the author Stephenie Meyer’s favourite band.

Also on the soundtrack to Eclipse are new songs by Florence and the Machine, Bat for Lashes and Beck.
