Usher 'Cheryl & Simon Will Rule US TV'

When they launch the X Factor US in 2011...

Usher has claimed that Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell 'will rule US TV' when the X Factor launches Stateside next year.

The OMG singer, who hinted that he could also be joining the music mogul and Chezza on the judging panel stated that the pair will conquer America together and be huge stars.

Speaking to the Metro newspaper at 95.8 Capital FM's Summertime Ball, the R n B superstar said of Simon: "I can only expect the greatest for him. He definitely understands the importance of entertainment…"

Usher, who appeared on Cowell's TV show Britain's Got Talent finale over the weekend also revealed that he feels that Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl can also use the US version of X Factor as a way to 'crack America' as a singer.

Mr. Raymond added: "You have an artist like Cheryl who’s had an incredible amount of recognition, who has an incredible amount of talent. It only allows her to spread her recognition across the world."

The Love In This Club hit maker also confessed to The Daily Star that he has his eye on Chez, even claiming he wants to take her out for dinner and help her house-hunt when she is next in the States.

Cheryl, who has been linked with Dancing With The Stars performer Derek Hough and Usher's pal Will.I.Am since splitting from Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole, recently announced her divorce and it seems Usher is hoping to win her over.

He told the tabloid: “I will happily help Cheryl house-hunt in LA. I will show her round the best neighbourhoods and then take her out for dinner."

Raymond continued: “I have said she is cute, so it would be a win-win situation. There can’t be many cuter girls to take out for dinner in the world.”

However, a source has stated that Usher's advances towards the Parachute singer could cost him his close friendship with Black Eyed Peas rapper Will.

The insider said: “Will.i.am and Usher are good friends but if he tries it on with Cheryl the friendship’s bound to suffer. This could turn into the biggest hip-hop feud since Tupac v Biggie.”

As well as Will.I.Am and Derek Hough, Usher's protege Justin Bieber has also confessed his love for the gorgeous Geordie!
