Watchmen Getting Sued?

$120 million movie may not get released

The highly anticipated Watchmen movie may not be released, according to reports.

20th Century Fox is seeking an injunction to block the release of Warner Bros. version of Watchmen.

Fox acquired the film, based on Alan Moore's graphic novel in the 80's, and have held onto the rights to distribute the first movie, even though Warner Bros. are poised to release their $120 million version this year.

A Los Angeles court ruled a copyright lawsuit against Warner can go ahead.

A similar event happened with Warner Bros. release of The Dukes of Hazzard film and the studio ended up having to pay to release the movie.
