Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan Poke Fun at Each Other's Rap Skills on Twitter
Don't expect these two to spit bars anytime soon...
Both Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan's solo careers have gotten off to amazing starts. Louis' solo single 'Just Hold On' peaked at Number 2 in the UK and Niall's debut album Flicker debuted at Number 1 in the US. We can't wait to see what else they do.
However, while both are thriving, we shouldn't expect them to rap anytime soon.
The two superstars just teased each other's rap skills or lack thereof on Twitter.
But these days I don't even know myself, no
I always thought I'd be with someone else
I thought I would own the way I felt, yeah
I call you but you never even answer
I tell myself I'm done with wicked games
But then I get so numb with all the laughter
That I forget about the pain
Woah, you stress me out, you kill me
You drag me down, you f- me up
We're on the ground, we're screaming
I don't know how to make it stop
I love it, I hate it, and I can't take it
But I keep on coming back to you
I know my friends, they give me bad advice
Like move on, get you out my mind
But don't you think I haven't even tried?
You got me cornered and my hands are tied
You got me so addicted to the drama
I tell myself I'm done with wicked games
But then I get so numb with all the laughter
That I forget about the pain
Oh, you stress me out, you kill me
You drag me down, you f- me up
We're on the ground, we're screaming
I don't know how to make it stop
I love it, I hate it, and I can't take it
But I keep on coming back to you (back to you)
Oh, no, no, I just keep on coming back to you (back to you)
Oh, no, no, I just keep on coming back to you
And I guess you'll never know
All the bullsh- that you put me through
And I guess you'll never know, no
Yeah, so you can cut me up and kiss me harder
You can be the pill to ease the pain
'Cause I know I'm addicted to your drama
And baby, here we go again
Woah, you stress me out, you kill me
You drag me down, you f- me up
We're on the ground, we're screaming
I don't know how to make it stop
I love it, I hate it, and I can't take it
But I keep on coming back to you (back to you)
Oh, no, no, I just keep on coming back to you (back to you)
Oh, no, no, I just keep on coming back to you (to you, to you)
I just keep on coming back to you
Louis kicked things off. The One Direction star was watching The X Factor on Saturday when he decided to tweet his opinion about one of this year's groups, duo Sean and Connor Price, writing "I like these little Irish lads but enough with the rapping".
Niall then jokingly responded to Louis, as though the star was criticising him.
"Stop talking about me like that , I’ll rap if I want . You know I can spit bars".
Amazing. Joining in on the fun, Louis then quickly quipped back to his longtime friend and bandmate tweeting: "lad you're forgetting I taught you everything you know #raplife #donnysoldier". Okay. The thought of Louis and Niall rapping is too funny.
Niall added: "Forgot the Yorkshire lads are known for rap as well hahaha".
Seriously these two should star in their own hit comedy show at this rate.
Maybe instead of rapping together, these two pals could record a duet.
Imagine a Louis/Niall collaboration? We need to hear this right NOW.
