Nick Grimshaw has stated that he "hates" Cheryl Fernandez-Versini for posting THAT hilarious throwback photo of them together in 2003.

Speaking at 'The X Factor' auditions in London, the panel newbie was quizzed by 'MTV News' about the snap, to which he joked: "I hate her for that, I really hate it. I think it's one of the worst pictures of a human ever."

He went on to add that the photo was 100% "not cute", before stating: "She's pretending she looks bad in it, but she doesn't look bad. She looks great in it, she always looks great." We'd have to agree with that one, Nick!

Oh, and just wait until you see his reaction when someone suggests he's wearing the same shirt to auditions as in the snap - it's priceless!
