Just flicking through the TV channels and… oh look there'sBear Grylls and Nick Jonas… OKNICK JONAS IS BASICALLY NAKED.

The 23-year-oldwas the lucky celeb guest to go on an adventure through the Sierra Nevada Mountainswith Bear Grylls, which kicked off theseason premiere of his show,'Running Wild With Bear Grylls.'

During the episode, the pair had to go for a dip ina frozen lake. As you do.

It didn't take long before Nick stripped down to his boxers and headed in, yelling: "We can do this. We got this. It's all us baby, let's go!"

Wading through the ice-cold water was risky business as there was danger ofcardiac arrest and loss of circulation in their hands and feet, butthankfully they both reached the other side a whole 2 minutes and 50 seconds later.

Nick admitted that he couldn't even remember what he was shouting and said: "That was something else. The adrenaline does kick in and for me the only instinct was to tell myself that I’m a champ, that I can do this, that life is awesome." You are a champNick, and a total hottie.

The pop starwas diagnosed with type I diabetes at the age of 13,which commonly causestrouble with low circulation in your feet, so he understandably seemed concerned when they weren't warming up.

Obviously Bear knew how to handle this, and put Nick's feet under his armpits to warm them up! He cheekily admitted: "It’s the warmest part of the body. Well, second warmest but I wasn’t going to subject Nick to that after that ice swim."

Nick joked: "Now they smell even worse than they already did!" Oh, you guys are hilarious.

It was all very easy on the eye until Bear wined and dined Nick by cooking him bird guts for dinner...
