There are awards ceremonies, and there are awards ceremonies. Some are pretty stuffy – black tie, big band playoffs, Best Foreign Short Documentary categories. But some ceremonies are magical lands, where you can see your faves get slimed…

Yep, as far as slime is concerned, there’s only one awards show that matters – the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and last night’s ceremony certainly didn’t disappoint! So lets take a look at some of the highlights of the evening…

First off, “Worth It” singers Fifth Harmony got slimed, despite winning the award for Favourite Music Group…

Angry Birds-star, Jason Sudeikis and Frozen snowman, Josh Gad, even took a sliming… while hanging out on a giant sling shot (as you do).

Not even host Blake Shelton was safe! But then again you know what they say – don’t deal out what you can’t take.
