Nicki Minaj may have delayed the release of her new single Anaconda for a VERY special reason if US reports are to be believed.

Following the release of the tune's rather racy artwork, the Bang Bang rapper took to Instagram to state that she had decided to push back the release of the song.

While the star made not have given a reason at the time, a music industry source has told HipHopWired that Nicki delayed the release as she needed some more time to get a Beyoncé feature on the track. Yep, you read that correctly… actual Queen B!
