Nicki Minaj and Cardi B are two of the biggest rappers in music today. Nicki broke Arethra Franklin's record for most Billboard Hot 100 hits by a woman this year and Cardiscored her first US Number 1 single with 'Bodak Yellow'. They are both killing it.

Last night thesuperstars shut down rumours that there is any beef between the two of them.

Ever since Cardi began making waves in the rap world, news outlets have lazily compared her to Nicki. Not to mention, they've also tried to make out that there's bad blood between the two artists without any concrete evidence to back up their claims.

In fact, the two have openly supported each other and even collaborated on Migos' new track 'Motor Sport'. And yet, in spite of this, various radio hosts and journalists have suggested that Nicki was angrythat Cardi was put on 'Motor Sport' with her.

What even? Nicki took to Twitter yesterday to finally put all of the fake rumours to rest.

"The conspiracy theories r just so tired. Relax. Breathe. Imagine me not knowing who on a song w/me" wrote Nicki. "Anything w/my name on it gets approved by me. It can’t even go on a streaming service w/o me hearing it & giving written approval."

So there we have it. Nicki even retweeted a Complex interview of Cardi saying: "I feel like people wouldn’t be satisfied even if me and her was making out on a freaking photo. Or if i was with any other female artist. I feel like people want that drama."

Quit the misogyny and embrace the fact that these two women are thriving.

Anyways 'Motor Sport' is Top 5 on US iTunes and dominating the radio.
