Nicki Minaj has delayed the release of her new single, Anaconda.

The Pills N Potions rapper confirmed the news via her Instagram page, telling her fans that the track will now be available next Monday (August 4) instead of today.

It is currently unknown why Minaj delayed the release of the song, but it could be due to the premiere of new single Bang Bang, featuring Jessie J and Ariana Grande, tomorrow (July 29).

Nicki herself has been busy sharing the funniest Photoshop edits of the artwork, which include a scene from the Lion King andherself as the Statue of Liberty.
