Nicki Minaj Drops The Pinkprint Movie - And It's EPIC!
Rapper goes LA noir in stunning 16-minute promo film...
We must have been very good this year, because Nicki Minaj has just handed us an AMAZING early Christmas present.
The rapper has released a 16-minute mini-movie to accompany her newly released album The Pinkprint - setting four of the tracks against a glossily noir drama.
The video kicks off with her album opener All Things Go and Minaj driving around a city by night, before it transitions into the Jessie Ware-featuring The Crying Game.
Nicki is preoccupied with relationship troubles and ends up involved in a crash in her black Range Rover, which leads into the drama and pain of I Lied.
The video closes with her sitting tight-lipped next to her man in a restaurant, interspersed with clips of her singing her heart out in an idyllic, natural setting soundtracked by Grand Piano.
Finally, she leaves him.
Make sure you've got 16 minutes to spare if you start watching this though, because you won't want to stop!
