Nicki Minajhas surprised an 8-year old fan who became an internet sensation after performing the rapper's hit tune, Young Money babe's tune for the chat show crowd, before Nicki herself walked out on to the set.
A screaming Sophia then greeted Minaj with a hug, as the Moment 4 Life hitmaker told DeGeneres she was was big fan of her performance, stating: "Within five seconds of seeing this video I was calling everyone."
"I was also receiving a billion emails. Everyone was like, 'You have to see this little girl'. She blew me away."
The 26-year old added: "Seriously, we are watching a journey that's about to be amazing. You are incredible. I just want you to stay in school. Music is beautiful but stay in school", before joining Sophia to rap along to Super Bass.
