Hip hop Queen Nicki Minaj has officially kicked off the 2014 MTV EMA transporting the audience back in time to see a young Minaj watching the first-ever MTV EMA from her bedroom before being sucked into her TV andtravelling into the future to see present day Anaconda superstarsuspended fromthe SSE Hydro arena ceiling in a spectacular long flowing grey gown.

"What the f**k is going on Glasgow" she cried as her intro. This is gonna be an interestingnight already!

Yesterday Nicki sat down for an exclusive chat with us and told us we’ll be remembering her turn as host for years to come.

She stated: “Oh my God, everything I do I’m remembered. Are you kidding me? You know damn well they are going to remember Nicki Minaj hosting the show.”
