Nicole Richie is pregnant with her second child according to her partner Joel Madden. The Good Charlotte rocker posted the news on his website.

New congratulations are in order just over a year since the birth of their first child Harlow Winter Kate Madden.

Joel posted an ecstatic message on Good Charlotte's website reading: "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you're] all feeling as good as I am right now."

Nicole regularly featured in gossip magazines and shows in her early twenties and admits that the birth of her first daughter gave her a whole new outlook on life.

Richie, 27, told People magazine in a recent interview that Harlow "gives life a whole new meaning." Joel headed up his announcement with the title 'Better than winning an OSCAR.
