The Don't Hold Your Breath singer reportedly takes on the name of The Simpsons character Edna Krabappel when booking rooms at hotels across the world, to prevent her fans from finding out where she is staying.
An insider told The Sun: "Celebrities have been using fake names at hotels for years. Nicole's is tame compared to a lot of them but she loves The Simpsons and thinks it's funny."
They added: "It's done the trick so far as nobody has twigged."
