The Story Behind Noah Centineo’s Face Scar Will Genuinely Give You Nightmares

This is gory AF.

Noah Centineo may have stolen hearts as the loveable Peter Kavinsky in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before but there’s a pretty good case for him being a total dreamboat of his own accord.

One thing viewers may have spotted about the 22-year-old actor is the noticeable scar on the left side of his face and that’s not just because we’ve spent a good portion of the last week committing every part of his smile to memory.

Anyway. He’s now opened up about the terrifying story behind that mark on his chin and now would probably be a good time to look away if you’re qeausy about blood, vicious dog attacks, and gory af descriptions of oozing wounds.

In an interview with Buzzfeed, he revealed: "I got attacked by a dog. I got attacked when I was six years old by a Mastiff. He ripped a hole in my face, so you could see my teeth, my gums, and all the way through my tongue to the other side. There was a massive, gaping hole."

"The dog didn't know what it was doing. I specifically remember him lunging, being pulled away from him, and then looking back and seeing him cock his head like he didn't really understand what happened.

Proving that he’s been a good guy since day one, he added: “Some people were like, 'Do you wanna put the dog down?' I was crying, like, 'No, he didn't mean to do it!'"

Yikes. Sounds like a horrific experience.
