Anyone with any tech savvy able to help me on this?

Right, I wanna do a mass e-mail send out with html based e-mails (graphics, links etc) - but when I use the mail-merge function in Word, all links within the e-mail are removed in the e-mail recieved (instead, it's just formatted text). Also, with hotspotted images, the image doesn't send at all.

Is there another way of doing this without sending it via Outlook with everyone's names dumped into the BCC field (often picked up by spam-shields)?
