It's no secret that we've been waiting to hear Normani and Khalid collaborate ever since they confirmed that they'd been in the studio last year. Just the thought of hearing their voices together on a hit was enough to make us all delirious with excitement.
Now the wait is finally over. 'Love Lies' is here and it's as amazing as you expected and so, so much more.

Zane Lowe premiered the highly anticipated single at 17:00 (GMT) on Beats 1 today. Since then we've been in awe, listening to it on repeat. The brand new track is a modern ballad about heartbreak which puts Normani and Khalid's talent centre stage.
Seriously, the way that their two voices compliment each other is sublime and the lyrics are incredible.
Plus as Normani's first solo project outside of Fifth Harmony, it proves that she is an amazing popstar.
Seeing as she's been in the studio with Stargate, we can't wait to hear what else she's been creating.
As well as playing the single on Beats 1, Normani and Khalid were also interviewed by Zane. Discussing Normani, Khalid said: "She's so like me in so many different ways and we have so much fun together and she's so honest and so real and just nice."
He also went on to mention: "There's not a lot of nice people in the world but she's one of the nicest."
Meanwhile, on why the song is so good, Normani revealed: "It's just because we're genuine friends."
This is too cute. It's so nice that they really care for each other just like Normani and Fifth Harmony.
'Love Lies' is a single from the soundtrack for Love, Simon, a brand new LGBTQIA+ teen drama.
The film looks amazing and we can't wait to see it and watch 'Love Lies' scale charts worldwide.
This is just the beginning of Normani's solo career and it's so exciting. A superstar has arrived.
