Bonehead Plays Down Oasis Reformation Speculation
Guitarist reveals he was at pub with Liam Gallagher on night of his 'Oasis' tweets...
Gallagher had spelled out the name of the band, leading fans to jump to the conclusion that he had buried the hatchet with brother Noel Gallagher and that they were reforming - and playing Glastonbury.
However, speaking to the NME, Bonehead revealed that he had met his one-time bandmate for a beer on Thursday night - suggesting that Liam was simply feeling nostalgic.
Asked what the tweets meant, he said: "Probably the fact that I texted him going, ‘Meet me in the beer garden’. That probably rattled his cage. Maybe that. I don't know though, because I meet him every f**king month. Maybe he’s just reminiscing."
Bonehead then emphasised his point by taking to his own Twitter account and spelling out the word "PUB".
