Oasis Tour Hit By Problems

Noel personally offers fans a full refund…

The massive Oasis tour hit Manchester last night amid technical problems and power cuts.

The group returned to their hometown to play Heaton Park for 70,000 fans but had to leave the stage twice due to sound issues.
After booing from crowd Guitarist Noel Gallagher told them: “Thank you very very much, this is a free gig - let's have it. Anybody who has kept their ticket will get a full refund.”
But the band later appealed to their loyal followers to buy a t-shirt on the way out. Noel said: “Credit crunch and that, keep my kids in sweets.”
Oasis are currently touring the UK and play two more shows in Manchester before gigs at Wembley Stadium.
Support on the dates comes from Kasabian and The Enemy.
